Meet our partners
Petr Houska, MRICS
Founding partner
Petr is the founding partner focusing on project management, construction consultancy and client experience.
He has 16 years of professional experience in various roles with developers and advisory companies. Before co-founding Crestpoint Project Partners, Petr led the project management department at OM Consulting and spent 9 years in Skanska Commercial Development Europe heading the team and its projects in Prague. Previously, he worked in various roles with Penta Real Estate, CBRE and Metrostav.
Petr’s development track record includes over 150,000 sqm of completed commercial space in Prague with a development volume of over EUR 400 million. These projects achieved some of the market leading sustainability rankings and defined new standards for sustainable commercial development. In an advisory role, Petr has been involved with over 100 projects across commercial, industrial, hospitality, and residential sectors, with a total investment volume exceeding EUR 2 billion.
Petr’s academic background is in civil engineering and project management. He studied Czech Technical University in Prague, University of Adelaide in Australia and VIA University College in Denmark. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He enjoys travelling and sports of all kinds, especially cycling, skiing and hiking.
Tomáš Jandík, CFA, MRICS
Managing Partner
Tomáš is the managing partner responsible for customer relationship management and commercial consultancy. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment management. Prior to co-founding Crestpoint Project Partners, Tomáš spent 8 years in CIO and CEO positions at REICO IS ČS (now REICO IS EAM). Previously, he worked in capital markets, retail asset management, property valuation and assurance businesses at CBRE, DTZ (now Cushman&Wakefield) and EY.
Tomáš has a proven track record with managing a property portfolio of more than EUR 1.5 billion. He has led or significantly contributed to over 40 capital transactions totaling more than EUR 2 billion and sighed over 1,000 lease agreements or lease amendments with over 700 tenants. In 2021, he also designed and established a new retail fund focused on mission critical assets and compliant with article 8 of the SFDR.
Tomáš graduated from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the University of Reading, UK. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In his free time, Tomáš trains young ski racing athletes and enjoys family time on the mountain.
