Project Manager
We are looking for a driven Project Manager to join our growing team in Prague. You will lead projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring quality, time, and cost objectives are met while maintaining clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills, with the ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all phases – from feasibility, design, procurement, and construction to completion.
- Coordinate the work of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Control budgets, monitor costs, and support transparent financial reporting.
- Develop and track project schedules, proactively addressing delays.
- Oversee quality assurance, compliance with codes, and technical standards.
- Report progress, risks, and solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in project management within real estate or construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of design, construction, and project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Client first approach
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
- Professional certifications (MRICS, LEED AP, etc.) are an advantage.
- Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written).

Technical Supervisor
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Supervisor to join our Prague team. In this role, you will oversee construction works on-site to ensure they are executed according to design documentation, technical standards, and client requirements. You will act as the client’s eyes and ears on the construction site, monitoring quality, workmanship, and compliance while coordinating with contractors and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise ongoing construction activities to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
- Monitor quality of workmanship, materials, and adherence to technical standards.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support project managers in ensuring progress and compliance with programme.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and commissioning activities.
- Provide regular technical reports, photo documentation, and updates for the client.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements on site.
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, technical inspection, or site engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field is advantage, although not essential. Relevant high school with sufficient experience is a viable alternative.
- Professional certifications (ČKAIT engineer authorisation)
- Fluent in Czech; good command of English preferred.

Cost Manager
We are seeking a skilled and independent Cost Manager to join our Prague team. You will be responsible for accurate budgeting, cost planning, procurement support, and financial control throughout the lifecycle of commercial and residential projects. The role requires both analytical precision and practical problem-solving to ensure every crown or euro is spent efficiently and contributes to measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Provide procurement advice and support tendering processes.
- Monitor project costs and variations during construction.
- Validate contractors’ claims, progress payments, and change orders.
- Prepare financial reports for clients with clear and transparent data.
- Advise on cost risks and value engineering opportunities.
- Support clients in achieving cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Your profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or related field.
- Strong understanding of construction costs, procurement methods, and contracts.
- Proven track record in cost control across different project phases.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Degree in civil engineering, economics, quantity surveying, or similar.
- Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written).
