Corso Court is a landmark office project in Prague’s Karlín district that seamlessly blends architectural elegance with urban revitalization. Petr Houska, in his former role at Skanska, was responsible for managing all fit-out phases of the development, ensuring a high standard of design quality and user comfort.
Designed by the renowned Catalan studio Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, the building comprises 18,000 sqm of premium office space with a strong emphasis on daylight, openness, and community interaction.
Completed in 2015, Corso Court formed a key part of the wider Karlín masterplan, introducing a generous public garden that has become a natural meeting point and green centerpiece of the neighborhood.
