The project, led by Petr Houska during his tenure at Skanska, demonstrates a holistic approach to development management — from concept design and permitting through construction to final sale.
Designed by the renowned New York-based studio Richard Meier & Partners, Parkview offers 16,000 sqm of A-class office space that sets new standards for quality and environmental responsibility.
The building achieved LEED Platinum certification with a record-breaking 97 points, the highest score ever in the Czech Republic, and also holds WELL Gold and WELL Health & Safety certifications, highlighting its commitment to occupant comfort, health, and long-term well-being.
