Praga Studios represents a key office development in the heart of Prague’s Karlín district, combining innovative architecture with sustainable urban renewal. Petr Houska managed the full pre-development and development process during his tenure at Skanska, overseeing the project from initial concept to completion.
Designed by ADNS Architects, the building offers 12,000 sqm of modern commercial offices and is distinguished by its expressive façade, generous terrace spaces, and a bright central atrium that enhances natural light and user comfort.
At the time of completion, Praga Studios achieved one of the highest LEED sustainability ratings worldwide, setting a new benchmark in green building performance. The project also reconnected the local urban fabric by creating a new pedestrian link between Křižíkova and Pernerova streets.
