Raiffeisen Bank Czech Republic is in the process of planning their new headquaters in Prague. It is to be designed to embody its values of transparency, innovation, and sustainability. The project aims to create a modern workplace that enhances collaboration and employee well-being while optimizing operational efficiency.
Together with OM Consulting we provide them with complex Project Management and advisory services. Coordination of architectural design, budget and construction of the fit-out.
Petr Houska provides project oversight and coordination, overseeing the entire process from planning through design coordination to on-site delivery. We ensure that the architectural concept, interior design, and technical solutions align with the client’s corporate identity, sustainability goals, and budget framework.
With a strong focus on the fit-out phase, we coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve outstanding result — delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
