Miriam is Project manager focusing on development management, fit‑out delivery and architectural coordination.
Miriam brings more than 15 years of experience in architecture, development and fit‑out project management across commercial and residential real estate. Before joining Crestpoint, she managed the reconstruction of Danube House in Prague for CA Immo at OBERMEYER Helika, led office and retail fit‑outs for tenants at AFI Europe, and ran the development and hospitality fit‑out phases of the OAKS Prague residential project for Arendon Development Company. Earlier in her career she spent seven years at Penta Real Estate as construction and project manager and worked as an architect and tenant coordinator with ECE Projektmanagement in Prague and Bratislava.
Her portfolio includes some of Prague’s landmark office developments — Florentinum (56,400 m²) and Churchill Offices (30,100 m²), both delivered for Penta Real Estate — alongside the Wolf Theiss law office fit‑out at Butterfly Karlín (1,350 m²) by AFI Europe; as part of the OAKS Prague project, the development of a residential villa complex designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, and the fit-out of show apartment (156 m²) within a residence designed by Richard Meier. In 2006, she was awarded the “Prof. Lacko Award” in the PRO HUMA category for Residential Architecture in Bratislava.
Miriam holds an Ing. arch. and a PhD. from the Faculty of Architecture at the Slovak University of Technology (STU) in Bratislava, graduating with honors. She completed part of her architectural training on a professional placement with M. Á. Lacomba Seguí in Palma de Mallorca.
Miriam is a native Slovak speaker, fluent in Czech, and also speaks English, Spanish and German.
