Petr is the managing partner focusing on project management, construction consultancy and client experience.
He has over 16 years of professional experience in various roles with leading developers and advisory companies. Before co-founding Crestpoint Project Partners, Petr headed the project management department at OM Consulting and spent nine years with Skanska Commercial Development Europe, where he led the Prague team and delivered several landmark office developments. Earlier in his career, he worked with Penta Real Estate, CBRE and Metrostav.
Petr has a proven track record with more than 150,000 sqm of completed commercial space and a total development volume exceeding EUR 400 million. His projects, including Parkview, Praga Studios, Corso Court and Visionary, achieved some of the highest sustainability certifications in the market and helped define new standards for modern commercial development. In an advisory capacity, he has also been involved in over 100 projects across commercial, residential and hospitality sectors, with a total investment volume exceeding EUR 2 billion.
Petr graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and also studied at the University of Adelaide, Australia, and VIA University College, Denmark. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In his free time, Petr enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors, especially cycling and skiing.
