Crestpoint Project Partners acts as the investor’s technical supervisor (TDI) throughout the construction phase of the project. Our role is to represent the client’s interests on site — monitoring the progress of works, verifying that construction is carried out in accordance with the approved design documentation, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.

Our scope covers the full standard remit of technical supervision: regular site inspections, quality control of workmanship and materials, review of construction records and handover documentation, and reporting to the investor on the status and compliance of the build.

The Crestpoint team brings a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to site supervision — ensuring that Aventin Retail Park Phase III is constructed to the required quality and delivered in line with the agreed schedule.
