Everpure, formerly known as Pure Storage, is consolidating and fitting out their new Prague offices across multiple floors of the newly refurbished iconic Danube House in Karlín. The project spans over 10,000 m² and represents a significant investment into a modern, high-performance workplace that reflects the company’s culture of innovation and collaboration.
Crestpoint Project Partners was appointed to provide independent Technical and Strategic Advisory services on behalf of the client throughout the full project lifecycle — from early design coordination through procurement to construction delivery and handover. Working alongside CBRE as Design & Build contractor, our role is to ensure the client’s interests are protected at every stage.
Our scope covers the full breadth of advisory services: technical review of design and contractor proposals, value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality, procurement advisory during contractor selection, and ongoing project monitoring to track progress, quality, and budget compliance against agreed milestones.
